Lynfield is a fully-equipped chalet ready and waiting for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in this beautiful part of Cornwall.

The self-catering chalet comprises of:

LIVING SPACES

Double Bedroom 1 - Good size room with standard double bed, complete with 2 bedside tables with drawers, a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, hairdryer, wall mounted Smart TV/DVD combo, mirror and stool.

Double Bedroom 2 - Standard double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, 2 under bed drawers, wall hooks, wall mounted Smart TV/DVD combo and full length mirror.

Bunk bedroom - Bunk bedroom with a chest of drawers.

Lounge - Three seater reclining leather sofa, two single lounge chairs, footstool / pouffe, electric fire, and 32" Smart TV/DVD combo with bluetooth sound bar. Patio doors with some sea views.

Kitchen/Diner -  Fully fitted kitchen with all the essentials, cupboard space, electric hob / double oven, microwave, fridge with integrated ice box, new washing machine, toaster, kettle, Dolche Gusto coffee machine and fold out dining table seating 6 when extended.

Bathroom - Modern tiled bathroom with toilet, sink, wall heater, heated towel rail and a good sized shower.

ENTERTAINMENT:

• We have installed high speed wifi throughout and this is tied into all smart TV`s.
• For your charging needs, sockets in both double bedrooms and the living room also have USB points.
• Books can be found in the decorative cupboard in the living room and plenty of useful leaflets can be found in the drawers under the TV.  

NOTES

• Full linen is included with the price, e.g. full bedding, bath and hand towels, bath mat and tea towels.
• There are wall mounted electric radiators throughout, a wall mounted heater and electric towel radiator in the bathroom and a coal effect electric fire in the living room for those cosy nights in.    
• We have also provided some beach chairs under the beds.
• On a more practical note, an ironing board can be found tucked beside the wardrobe in double room 1, with the iron stored in bottom shelf of the wardrobe with a heat protective cover.  A fold away airer, external washing line and blankets have also been provided.
• Due to allergies, sadly, we cannot accommodate our 4 legged friends.
• We also ask that guests do not smoke in or immediately outside the chalet.
